When it comes to lighting your home there are two different types of lighting. There is general lighting and ambient lighting. General lighting is your most common form of lighting. This comes from chandeliers, ceiling lights and your main sources of lighting. Ambient lighting is more of accent light such as a table lamp or wall sconce.
